Founded on 2009, it provides strategic and operational support to Italian and European Companies in order to develop national and international business and to increase business value and organizational efficiency.

In Italy, the Company has its headquarter in Milan and a branch located in Catania.

Abroad, IV&C is part of IVT Corporation (International Venture Trading) based in Dubai and with two branches located in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
